How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the Member Login button on our home screen.  You then click on the Forgot Password button which will allow you to enter your username (if known) or email address.  You will get an email from groupmessaging@memberleap.com with your temporary log on details.  Both the username and password can be changed once logged on to the Member Center under -  My Membership Information - click on Member Information then Change Username / Password.  

If you are the Delegate you will also have a Company profile under your email so you will receive the following message: 
More than one record has this email in the database. Please select the user below...

It will show both profiles with no distinguishing between the two so you will need to select one. You will then receive your log on details in an email.  If that was not your intended profile you can submit a ticket or repeat the process for the second.
